Refund Policy

This policy explains when purchases on AsabaLife can be refunded. AsabaLife is operated by Such Is Life Entertainment Ltd and payments are processed by Paystack.
Game cash
Game cash is credited to your wallet immediately after payment. Once credited it is non-refundable, except where a payment was made in error or in duplicate. If a payment failed but you were still charged, contact us and we will fix it.
Event tickets
Tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or materially changed by the organiser. If an event you bought a ticket for is cancelled, we will refund the ticket price.
Premium membership
You can cancel premium membership at any time. Cancellation stops the next monthly charge; the month you already paid for is not refunded.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged without meaning to, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review it and refund any amount that was taken in error.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the card or account used for the payment, through Paystack. It can take a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
